Description
- Troubleshoot bugs and Errors
- Facilitate Training to Client about System
- Works for the Client problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of client queries
- Analyzing call logs, spot common trends and frequents problems
- Updating self-help documents so client can try to fix problems themselves
- Field visit if the problem is more serious and guide them with System
- Remote access support to customer to guide them through software
- Basic Database Knowledge in SQL
