- Drive overall Merchant Business expansion and relationship
- Market and product research for Merchant Business Growth
- Build good relationships with clients to create more opportunities
- Work Process automation
- Formulate Business growth strategies aligned with the company goal
- Plan and implement merchant onboarding and expansion strategy
- Formulate Cross Sales and Upscale strategies
- Track periodic KPIs and take appropriate reinforcement actions
Requirements
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent Communications skill
- Excellent Knowledge about the Fintech ecosystem
- Good understanding of NRB rules and regulations for Payment Service Providers
- Good understanding of IT-enabled services
- Knowledge of Finance and operations
- Knowledge about technical integration
- Must be accountable for targets/development
- Right attitude towards work and responsibilities
- Microsoft office, business analytics desired
- Excellent Critical thinking and analysis skills
- Must have a two/four wheeler with a valid license
