At least +2 or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Candidates with good knowledge and passion for Sales for the US Market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player, and quick learner.
Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel), Google spreadsheet is required.
Any additional IT skills are a plusÂ
Prior similar experience in the US is a plus.
Responsibilities
Understand IT industry requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the time frame.
Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up-related information.
Responsible for editing and formatting technical resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals daily as well as the required number of placements.
