- Assisting the mortgage brokers with quality assessments at the initial preliminary stage
- Solving various case scenarios
- Liaising with different Australian stakeholders involved the loan process
- Assigning tasks to LPS- for Valuation, Pricing, and Post submission and communicating with them to address queries/compliance issues
- Assist in managing the client pipeline for the mortgage brokers
