Requirements
- Completion Bachelor’s Degree or Masters running than 2 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing or managing relationships with key client.
- Highly efficient track record in achieving annual objectives.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets.
- At least graduation in any discipline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region (Retail and enterprises)
- Understand competitive landscape of the region and develop right pricing and product to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved,
- Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
- Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPI are all achieved.
- Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
- Assessing the risks to the business and device strategy to convert risks to opportunities.
- Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities
