Responsibilities
- Quality assurance of software solutions, internal and customer projects, off-site and on-site
- Design, develop and schedule test plans
- Preparation, execution, documentation, and communication of tests
- Development and maintenance of test frameworks
- Development and implementation of an offshore-testing-strategy
- Continuous improvement of test methods and processes
- Organize code-reviews
- Contact person for internal and external audits and assessments
- Best practice development and sharing
- Close collaboration between project teams, IT architects, and project management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or comparable experience
- Minimum 2-years experience as Software QA Engineer
- Experience with test automation and associated tools and methods
- Sound knowledge of PHP.
- Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently, very good interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
