Requirements
- Conduct Community Feature Workshops
- Develop professional relationships with existing customers as an “Account manager”.
- Ensure that the customers use all the features and update them about new features.
- Develop Healthy Customer Relationships.
- Enhance Customer Training experience and provide them with solutions that will support their Business.
- Promote Customer Loyalty.
- Train clients about software-online/field visits.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction for the product.
- Maintain/Improve Renewal numbers as guided by the team Manager.
- Connect with clients through chat, emails, Zoom calls and phone calls.
