Description
- Assist in Payroll by preparing full Reports and help in verifying the Salary Data.
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant info to get updated in the HRIS Software.
- Work Closely with the HRIS functional lead in running day to day operations of Oracle and Oracle Taleo.
- Overlooking every Technical Issues relating to HRIS Software and guiding all Branch HR’s in solving issues relating to it.
- Address employee queries about benefits.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including all of the employee details and all required employment forms.
- Need to take lead on attendance of all the staff of the Company and verify it for Salary Processing.
