Requirements
- Intermediate completed or Bachelors running with at least 1year working experience in follow-up, Billing, Customer service, field sales
- Should have Good Communication Skills and able to negotiate with customers (Negotiation skill)
- Must have friendly attitude and willingness to work in flexible schedule
- Familiar with in-house software like Retail CRM, e-bill, Task Ticket, e-support
- Basic knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office package.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Proper entry of Lead in CRM and follow up accordingly
- Convert into Opportunities and Schedule for installation
- Follow up for payment
- Process for uninstallation
- Identify and resolve customer complaints
- Meet given sales target accordingly
- Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
